President Xi Jinping’s Belt and Road Initiative is without a doubt the most important public goods that China has provided the world thus far. The Initiative aims to achieve win-win cooperation through promoting China’s connection, communication and collaboration with countries along the Belt & Road. The Silk Road enables cultural exchanges and connects China to Asia, Europe and Africa. The Belt & Road Initiative revitalizes and reinterprets the Silk Road by fostering harmony, developments, collaborations and all-win situations. The Initiative advocates the wisdom of the East for global developments and realizes the building of a community of common destiny for all mankind.

As the international hub of financial, trading and shipping industries, Hong Kong is geographically advantageous and provides linkage for countries along the Belt & Road.
